Like the steps in making appalam viz. pulverising black dhal in granite yendhiram, adding pirandai extract, kneading into small balls, rolling flat, frying and eating, to realize the Self one has to pulverise ego in self-enquiring-yendiram, add satsangam extract to make it pungent, roll with tranquility, flatten in samabhava board, fry in jnanagni-brahma ghee by itself and absorbing into the Self!.
